How It Works.

01 / 05

A business submits a task

A business fills out a form, choosing what they need and then describing it.

SUBMITTED
02 / 05

The task will be reviewed for scope

The request will be checked for clarity and the program's ability to efficiently build it.

SCOPED
03 / 05

A volunteer will claim it

It's posted to our internal task board, where a trained volunteer with the right skillset picks it up.

CLAIMED
04 / 05

It's built in a private sandbox

It will then be posted for volunteers to view and select if they feel like they have the right skill set. Depending on the size of the task, multiple volunteers might work on it.

IN BUILD
05 / 05

A second volunteer reviews it

The work is then checked against a quality checklist, once by the volunteer(s) building it and once by an independent volunteer. It is then shipped for businesses to review.

SHIPPED
Right now vs September

This is what the process looks like once our full team is running it.

Right now, ahead of our volunteer cohort starting in mid-September, our founder personally handles every step above for pilot businesses, using this exact process and the same review checklist volunteers will follow later. Nothing skips a step, it's simply one person doing all five right now instead of a full team. Submitting a task today does not mean waiting until September, it means becoming one of the first real projects the process is tested on.
