What happens after you submit?
Your task is reviewed for scope, posted to our internal task board, and picked up by a vetted volunteer. A second volunteer independently checks the finished work before it's delivered to you, just make sure to review it before publishing.

Can I submit a task before September?
Yes. Right now, tasks are personally handled by our founder as pilot projects, following the exact same process and review checklist the full team will use later. Submitting now means your business is one of the first taken on, not put on hold.
Is this really free?
Yes, there is no cost to you for the work itself. If your project involves a website, you're responsible for your own domain and hosting, which we'll walk you through if needed.
What if I want changes after delivery?
You can request revisions after delivery. These are completed based on volunteer availability and are not guaranteed to be immediate, since Org Scope is entirely volunteer run.
What if I'm outside Scarborough?
Org Scope serves small businesses across Scarborough, North York, and the wider GTA. If you're unsure whether you're in range, reach out and ask rather than assuming you're not.
